Let me get one thing perfectly clear: We All Get Angry.
Anger is natural!
Anger is normal!
Anger is human!
Anger is appropriate! It can be. That’s where it starts to get a little complicated and situational.
We get angry because we are human. Humans think. Humans feel emotions. Humans act. And thus, Humans act in angry, frustrated, annoyed, piss-ed off ways from time to time.

Anger can be the easiest or most familiar way we humans attempt to get our needs met, which is why you and I return to anger behaviors repeatedly.
Anger works. When we use anger behaviors (grabbing the bull by the horns, getting’ ‘er done, going for it, just doin’ it), we get what we want, or so we think that we are getting or going to get what we want. Until we end up in the back of a squad car, in the ER with injuries and awaiting an assessment for possible hospitalization, divorce court, meeting with child protective services, being escorted to the human resources office by the boss holding an empty carboard box with two security guards in tow.
Anger works – yet at what cost? Marriage? Children? Job? Friends? Freedom?
Anger is a set of behaviors,
fueled by automatic emotions and physical sensations,
driven by thoughts, perceptions, imagination, and other mind-power skills such as memory and imagination.
Those automatic emotions and physical sensations are expressed and expelled from our souls and bodies through behaviors.
Behaviors such as yelling, kicking, fighting, drinking, drugging, stealing, cheating, throwing are what we call “anger.”
Anger is the sound of hurt and fear, the emotions, leave our soul through behaviors.
Good news, since Anger is behavioral, we CAN do something about it.
Questions is: Do You Want To?
